Every role you see comes with a Fit Score between 0 and 100 — a composite estimate of how well the role fits you on the dimensions that matter for hospitality.

Factors in hard requirements (years experience, language level) as pass/fail.
Weighs experience match (property type, role level, brand context).
Considers location, schedule, and softer signals from your past activity.
Excludes demographic data — only fit, never bias.
Updates as you update your profile.

Good to know A high Fit Score doesn't guarantee an interview, and a 60% fit on a role you really want is still worth applying for. Use it as a signal, not a verdict.
