I never received the verification email

Verification emails should arrive within a minute — if yours hasn't, it's almost always a spam filter or a typo in the address used at sign-up.

• Check spam, junk, and quarantine folders (search "paathz").
• Wait 5–10 minutes if it's been less than 15.
• Use "Resend email" (up to 3 times per hour).
• Verify you typed the right email at sign-up.
• Try a personal email if a corporate IT filter is blocking us.
