Reports go to our Trust team and get a confirmed reviewer within one business day — with outcomes ranging from no action to permanent removal depending on the case.

Report via: conversation menu, this help center, or trust@paathz.com.
Include: who, what, when, screenshots if available.
Reviewer outcomes: no action, warning, content removal, suspension, permanent removal.
Urgent safety issues acted on within hours.
Disagree with a decision? Reply for second review by a different reviewer.

Good to know For interpersonal disputes that aren't policy violations, Paathz doesn't arbitrate — but we'll provide both sides with the data we hold and step in if money, employment, or safety are at stake.
